$2 Trillion AI Boom: Nvidia, Microsoft, and Palantir Are Wedbush’s Top Bets in Tech’s Next Supercycle

The AI gold rush is here, and Wedbush Securities has spotlighted three major players primed to ride its surge: Nvidia (NVDA – NASDAQ) continues to dominate as the chip juggernaut fueling AI compute engines. Microsoft (MSFT – NASDAQ) stands tall in cloud infrastructure and AI services via Azure, positioning itself as the backbone of enterprise AI. Palantir (PLTR – NYSE) is emerging fast with AI-powered data analytics and deep ties to government contracts, up nearly 73% this year alone.

Analyst Dan Ives projects a monumental wave—more than $2 trillion in AI investments over the next three years—and expects Nvidia and Microsoft to crack the $4 trillion market cap club this summer, with Palantir riding that surge on the software front.

Nvidia leads the charge, having reclaimed its spot as the world’s most valuable company at $3.86 trillion, boasting an $8–$10 ecosystem multiplier for every dollar spent on its chips. Microsoft’s challenge is to weave AI into everyday business operations; its Azure AI services just hit $11.5 billion in annual revenue, still a modest 4% slice of its massive sales, but a fast-growing one. Palantir shines with soaring government AI contracts and a powerful retail investor following—justifying its place in Wedbush’s top tier.

While the hype is immense, risks remain. Nvidia must maintain its chip dominance amidst rising competition, Microsoft must prove AI can power profitability across its sprawling empire, and Palantir must sustain its deal momentum. Still, for investors betting on a multi‑trillion‑dollar AI epoch, these three stocks offer a front-row seat.
